Ajure Renewable Energy was born from this belief to contribute to India's growth story not from the bustling cities, but from the villages that are the true soul of Bharat.
We are a renewable energy company focused on creating innovative, sustainable, and affordable clean-power solutions for rural India. Our mission goes beyond generating electricity, it's about building ecosystems that preserve agricultural land, foster skill development, and bring economic opportunity to every corner of the country.
Our Vision
Ajure Renewable Energy was founded by leaders whose journey began in rural India and grew through achievement in academia, industry, and public service. Inspired by their roots, they are driven by a deep commitment to give back.
Guided by the Government of India's initiatives in renewable energy and skill development, we are working to channel opportunities into rural regions, helping local talent gain the direction, training, and support they need to thrive in the clean-energy economy.
Our mission is to strengthen the grid with clean, sustainable energy while creating meaningful employment and skills in rural communities. We aim to train and develop 200 local professionals every year.

Comprehensive renewable energy solutions tailored for rural India
Solar Project Development
We develop distributed-scale solar projects in rural Uttar Pradesh, partnering with trusted local EPC providers to identify viable sites, secure interconnection, arrange project financing, and deliver clean power to the grid.
Our approach integrates the principles of Agrivoltaics, ensuring that solar development coexists with agriculture to support both clean-energy generation and rural livelihoods. We focus on 1–5 MW projects and manage the full lifecycle.
Skill Development & Workforce Training
We are committed to bridging the talent gap in India's rapidly expanding renewable-energy sector. Ajure Renewable Energy identifies high-potential candidates from rural communities and provides structured apprenticeship and training opportunities.
Our goal is to equip local talent with the skills required to support renewable-energy projects in India and abroad, while helping them remain connected to their roots and contribute to local community growth.
